- The Light Aparthotel is a 4-star hotel occupying a 19-story building in Manchester city centre.
- Adjacent to a theatre, a gallery and a museum, the hotel offers a great view over the city centre.
- There are 60 apartment style rooms.
- We fixed 25 granite worktops following fire damage.
- We also fitted brand new Absolute Black Granite worktops for six apartments.
Exchange Court, Manchester
- Exchange court, 100 Greengate, Manchester has been developed by Renaker Build Ltd.
- The towering 44 storey building will be the tallest in Manchester.
- It will house 349 luxury high spec apartments along with a gym and concierge.
- We are supplying and fitting all the bespoke stonework for the foyer, staircases and wall cladding.
The Madison, Canary Wharf
- The Madison, a 53 Storey residential development is close to Canary Wharf, London E14
- Has been developed by LBS Properties has been designed by Make Architects.
- It offers its residents spectacular views of Canary Wharf, South Dock, The Royal Borough of Greenwich.
- We have supplied 2600 m2 of 600 x 600mm Arctic flamed granite paving along with
- 200 m2 of Irish Blue flamed Paving for the external public area terraces and private balconies.
Mills Bakery, Royal William Yard, Plymouth
- A project for Urban Splash.
- Mills Bakery is an award winning multi use complex.
- Comprising of restaurants, bars and apartments.
- We were involved in many aspects of the stone work.
- Including stone paving steps externally, as well as slate, travertine, granite flooring internally.
- In particular, our Java Basalt was used extensively throughout the project.
CASE, Luggage Shop, London
- This clean and inviting luggage shop in London’s West End was designed by Raylian.
- With rich red carpets, white architectural features and LED illumination.
- We supplied 130m2 of Nero Marquina Marble in 610 x 305mm.
- We also fabricated 13 matching steps, complete with anti slip treads from marble slabs at our factory.
St Helen’s Piazza, London EC2A
- St Helen’s Piazza is the third largest outdoor area in London.
- We created five complex granite seating planters
- We also supplied HB Black Granite Paving as well as cladding some external walls
Holiday Inn, Oxford Circus, London
- The Holiday Inn hotel in the heart of London’s west end.
- We supplied and fitted the Bianco Antique granite reception desk and Cosmic Black granite bar.
No 5 Broadgate Circle, London
- No 5 Broadgate Cirlce was Designed by Make Architects for British Land and completed in 2015
- The 13 storey iconic “groundscraper” houses a single occupant, UBS Bank
- We supplied 6000 m2 of bespoke Bianco Sardo, Salmon Europa and Ash Grey granite paving for the surrounding areas of Sun Street Passage and Liverpool Street Station
- We also supplied 2000 m2 of Azul Platino granite for the roof terraces and matching honed granite for the interior
- In addition, we arranged for the Teak benches to be fabricated at our warehouse in Cheshire.
- The project included visits to quarries and factories in Sweden, China and Spain with an entire team representing the different stake holders
Battersea Power Station, London
- The iconic Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station
- This multiuse complex has bars, entertainment and luxury apartments that has rejuvenated the surrounding area.
- We covered it’s extensive roof terraces with thousands of metres of black granite paving and white pebbles.
- As well as paving the luxury penthouse apartment with Portuguese Limestone.
